Capital Shines Bright in Vegas, Tops Spring Valley in Tarkanian Classic Opener

Under the bright lights of Las Vegas, the Capital High Eagles lit up the court, breaking open a close game in the second half to defeat the 5A Spring Valley Grizzlies (Las Vegas, NV) 88-71 in their Tarkanian Classic opener.

 Quincey Clay stole the show with a jaw-dropping triple-double, racking up 14 points, 11 assists, and 11 rebounds. Marcellus Clay added 17 points with a flurry of highlight-reel plays, while Isaiah Telleria (14 points, 7 rebounds) and Jack Smith (12 points) added to the offensive fireworks.


Capital’s high-energy performance and second-half explosion proved they’re ready to make a statement in the bright lights. The Eagles turned heads in their debut as they advance in the tournament!
